- I noticed that the esthetician performing the treatment was wearing gloves, due to long nails as I founed out later.
- I also felt that there could have been more attention to detail in treating the entire T zone as only one area seemed to be thoroughly addressed.
- It would have been helpful to receive more information about the specific steps involved in the treatment process.
