Martin is great, all the classes are challenging and varied and he really motivates everyone. I can tell I've got fitter over the past couple of months!

Martin was so helful. I had no confidence or technique prior to our sessions. I can now run 5K comfortably. I have better knowlegde of exercises too. Things I can do at home especially for legs, bum and tummy. Really happy with his service and recommend him to all of my friends & family.

Martin is an excellent, enthusiastic trainer. The sessions were always varied and I felt well worked out after each. He encourages you to work near your maximum the whole time and is not averse offering exuberant vocal encouragement when he feels you need it.

I've only really started taking fitness seriously over the past year or so, and decided I wanted some help learning how to do a bit of stretching, as not to hurt myself running, my primary sport. One session in with Martin and I was hooked!

Every session is completely different - I'm always amazed at how he works with the environments that we're in and is so creative about what counts as equipment. Just goes to show you don't always need the fancy stuff in the gym!

Martin is a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Definately recommend MW5fitness! I have been signed up to a number of gyms and i can't motivate myself and get bored easily. So when i was recommended MW5Fitness by a friend i've never been so motivated and actually enjoyed exercising! Every session is different, working on different parts of your body. Although the sessions are hard work but enjoyable at the same time!

My Girlfriend bought me this deal from Wahanda for 10 hours personal training. I've been a little bit down lately after losing my job and she thought this would cheer me up and get some energy back into my life. I'm 7 classes in and feel miles better already, theres nothing quite like the buzz you get from excercise and i'm glad i've got that back. At the moment i'm going for loads of interviews so my training works around my free time not his. Martin is very dedictaed to his work and pushes me to my limit and then some, great personal trainer.

I’m already joined to a gym but I train with Martin twice a week to get some training outdoors in the fresh air, I find it helps clear my mind. He doesn’t make it easy and the training is hard but once you feel the results you know all the hard work is worth it. And believe me you feel the pain from his sessions. I recommend Martin to everyone including all my friends and family and I guarantee you will enjoy training with him.

Absolutely love training with Martin, he is the motivation I need to actually get up and exercise. I found his details on Gumtree and with a holiday booking in the pipe line I had to get in shape. From the moment I met him to discuss my goals I felt he really cared about my aims and wanted me to reach my goals. At first my sessions were difficult because I was so unfit however as each week went pass my fitness levels increased and I began noticing the difference. I now join in with two weekly classes with him and three hours personal training including one hour just for running to get that extra boost. I would definitely recommend Martin, he is helpful, kind and got me back into my size 8 jeans (yes it feels great) Oh I nearly forgot, the best part about Martin is the way he counts the time used. I didn’t have to do 1 hour sessions each time, if I wanted to do a quick 30min moring workout he deducted that from my overall time meaning there was no inconvenience to my day to day life.
