Motiv8tional Fitness and Pilates was started in 2010 when Jenny decided to leave her job in the city and pursue a career in what is her passion - health and fitness. Jenny is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates Instructor with a wealth of experience helping clients to achieve their weight loss, fitness and rehabilitation goals.
Specialising in pre and post natal exercise, Jenny can help you to maintain fitness and prepare for the birth as best you can and also get you back to your pre baby shape afterwards. Originally a gymnast and equestrian eventer, Jenny believes that the key to total body fitness includes cardiovascular, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, body composition and skill training. Her total fitness approach will help improve your fitness for functionality as well as aesthetics.
In addition to her love of health and fitness, Jenny also takes a keen interest in nutrition. She uses her experience in all of these fields to develop a package that is tailor made to each individual.
