Cut my hair completely different to how requested and didn't understand why I was so unhappy. Sobbed at the salon and at home. Also no haste to fix the issue. Won't be going there for hair again.

The venue was fine. The 2 individual inside the venue was fine. However online it stated the cost was £23 for a wash and blow dry for middle length hair above the shoulders. My sister hair is curly above the shoulder once blown out just pass her shoulders. I asked at the place for a trim as well due to her ends the price displayed in store said £40 online was £43 however they charged me £65 and the lady inside couldn't really give me who quoted me £40! It's didn't last a 3hrs. Disgraceful!
