Lovely people but I left with a haircut that was a lot shorter than expected with much choppier layers than I’d asked for - also the blow dry required an extra £5 if I wanted it wavy, something that I thought would be included

Place dirty, I noticed because my headphones fell onto the floor and was filthy. Average manicure. Staff not very friendly.
