Wow, what a great salon and lovely people. I have really struggled to find a hairdresser who understands how to handle my hair and this has put me off other salons in the past! Catherine was lovely and really put me at my ease when we talked through what I needed. They even gave me a 50% off voucher for the Liverpool One Q-park. I can't wait to book my next appointment.
Excellent and professional cut and colour .Very friendly people and a relaxing environment. Great value too - not cheap but certainly not expensive.
Ladies' Haircuts
This was my first time visiting this new salon in Liverpool and whilst I live in London I do regularly stay here on weekends and I was in desperate need of an excellent trim and finish. I was greeted very warmly by the salon owners of Prado, who are young husband and wife team, Catherine Prado has years of industry experience and is a sought after stylist in Liverpool, this is her first salon under her name and directorship. I thought the staff looked happy and comfortable in their stylish environment and I was offered refreshments on numerous occasions. I was also offered a complimentary deep conditioning mask which I was delighted to receive as my hair certainly needed a moisture boost. I was delighted with my cut, I didn't ask for anything too drastic as I'm trying to grow my hair and fall into the category of being probably over protective of length, but my stylist knew exactly what was required, my ends now fall beautifully, they appear so much healthier and on the strength of this visit, I'll certainly make Prado my go-to salon of choice.
Ladies' Haircuts
Absolutely delighted with the staff and haircut. Entirely pleasant experience and would recommend anyone to try Prado out. Superb location with a fantastic view of the docks, and I got half price parking!! Nice touch. (Catherine makes a splendid coffee ;-))
Me and my partner have been using this salon since they first opened and have been so pleased with the staff and service every time. They have a really personal and professional touch and know how to make you feel valued.
Being in such a great location for city centre living or people on a day trip to town it's an easy choice to make to ensure you get exactly what you want from your treatments.
