Great way to get an overall body and cardio workout. . No need to be worried about not being super-fit - met some lovely, like minded people all at different levels of ability. The sessions were varied every session, so no opportunity to get bored - the time flew by!

I thought I might try a fitness BOOTCAMP-exercising outdoors with a bunch of people guided by a fitness instructor was what I had in mind- and I am not disappointed. Despite the rainy weather the last 2 sessions, we carried on as usual. The instructor, Gintas is just great and funny too. He is a hard taskmaster, but was wise enough to warn us about sore muscles the following day. He really tailors and varies the sessions depending on the group which is brilliant. Despite the aches & pains, I'm really enjoying the BOOTCAMP and am looking forward to the next few sessions. And Clapham Common is beautiful, whatever the weather. Give it a try!

I was a bit hesitant of doing a boot camp as I hadn't done any proper exercise for a long time - the instructors were brilliant - really encouraging and really knew what they were talking about. Every class was different and although we were at different levels they never made me feel inferior and pushed us all to the limit - despite leaving my muscles aching after every class - I really enjoyed it and would definitely sign up for another month of sessions.

After checking some of the reviews i decided to go for it and I am glad I did it.
The trainer Gintas is really good and not late at all. I really enjoyed the exercises.. out in the park was so good i would recommend to everyone who want to loose weight and have fun at the same time. Can not wait for my next session so excited.

The exercises were good, and I noticed an improvement in my fitness. But unfortunately the instructor was not up to scratch. She was always late for the sessions, which meant we did not get the full hour's workout that was paid for. Also, their terms stated that if we miss one of the 8 sessions, we cannot make it up at another time, with the exception of it getting rained off. However, on the morning of my last session, I emailed Murat to ask him if he could possibly defer my session to the following week because I was sick with flu. He did not reply to me the whole day and only replied the following day (after the session was over) to let me know that I missed out. I find that very inflexible, especially as being sick is outside my control. Further, I find it extremely rude that he only emailed me the day after to let me know I'd missed it. It would have been more courteous to let me know before it actually happened. Seems they are more concerned about the money than keeping their customers happy, and for that reason, I will not be going back, and would not recommend them to others.

There's a lot of circuit training and exercises involved but all in all good fun. Could possibly do a bit more cardio to keep the heart rate up but you can definitely feel the effects of the sit-ups, squats, lunges and all other exercises!

A great way to get back into shape after a long break. There were 19 of us in the group of different abilities and shapes. The training was tough, but the group is big and varied enough that you can train to your own max without feeling left out at any stage - whether your overall condition is better og worse than the average participant. It is an intense 1 hour and we only took breaks for water or taking close off when we got too hot (this is on a cold, windy and clammy February eve...).

I have only been to one so far, but already look forward to the next muddy encounter in the park and would recommend it to anybody who wants to get out and get some fresh air while giving your body a push in the right direction for the summer shape. 1 down, 7 to go - bring it on!

i just love exercising outside with a group of people - best way to get motivated and doing exercises that really pay off. the instructors are also very friendly and it is a lot of fun

HIghlights:
1) The outdoor excercise is good fun and you really feel it afterwards - it's a very good workout.

Letdowns:
1) Instructions about the class given by owner/administrator conflicts with instructions given by on-site trainer.
2) Sudden change of time of the class, without significant heads up came across as unproffessional.
3) When complaining about the change in class time as we could no longer attend but had paid for the full bootcamp was met with a lack of response from the owner.
A response was finally given to us once it was highlighted that this was in berach of the consumer act.

Overall:
The training was very good and therefore I think it is ok, if you are ok with a somewhat amateurish business-management and if you are flexible with the time of class.

Firstly I respect your review but not agreed what i read it. We have to change the class times Becasue of lack of request in Jan- Feb 2011,

we have to drop 2 seperate sessions to one ,
I offered Multiple options 1st Providing Personal training that Cost :£55 when you compare with £25 for 8 sessions ( your thoughts )
or Refund their money , and eventually money refunded.
