The therapist was incredibly attentive and kind and I felt he really put his whole focus and effort into helping me. Massively exceeded my expectations and can’t wait to go back. He gave me loads of advice to help me get better by myself and has inspired me to work on my posture and musculature going forward. A fantastic experience.

The room was calm with a very relaxing ambiance - I appreciated the music and essential oils as I was nervous when I arrived. Prim took the time to listen to my concerns and in particular my nerves about the treatment hurting my damaged calf muscle, and reassured me. I need not have worried as he managed to fix the issue effectively with relatively little discomfort. He also gave me tips on how to avoid future injuries. Highly recommended!
