Roberto was lovely but I’m sad to say these were probably the worst highlights I’ve ever had - super chunky, not well blended and I look at my roots and feel like a zebra, the blow dry was great so I couldn’t really tell when I left but sadly I know I need to go somewhere else to get them corrected. I’m not even sure if a toner was used, very confusing. Also 45 min late and blamed the Treatwell app. I’m understanding but I was meant to be there for 2 hours and was there for nearly 5!

I've been coming here for a Brazilian waxing every other month for the past year and has always been a pleasant experience, with almost no pain. Unfortunately today was different, on the middle of my waxing I experienced severe pain. The lady told me it was normal, but I knew something was not right. I just arrived home and realised that my vulva has been burned. I have blisters and redness and is extremely painful. I'm a doctor and I know this would take weeks to heal.

Zeena was absolutely amazing! This was my first ever wax and she explained what she was doing before she did and made me feel very comfortable! She spoke to me the whole time and kept me distracted and did everything she could to minimise the pain and it was honestly not painful at all! Highly recommend and will be returning!
