I have been here twice…because it is the cheapest i have found for an eyebrow thread. First time, little strange - the ambience, set up etc. The lady did a good job. Second (and definitely last) time i went i got sat down by a guy who did a terrible job at threading my eyebrows. Totally unprofessional, inexperienced and just seemed to only care about the money he was getting and didn't care about customer satisfaction or anything. This has totally put me off going back. Rather pay a bit more than have lopsided eyebrows again!!

Though cheap you really get a sub standard experience, i dont mind slumming it but this place takes the biscuit! The 'hairdresser' was very nice but there was a language barrier which left me feeling totally misunderstood. The haircut was ok but they couldnt wash my hair because of renovations and we ended up in a semi store room type of area... i also had a arm wax which was actually the worse experience of the two, wax was too hot and she missed loads of hairs...not good! overall its a bit amateurish and the salon leaves much to be desired, the space is shared with a 'thai massage' service (seriously!) and a currency exchange... may be slightly cheaper that other places but i will never ever ever go again...not sure this place should be doing ANY marketing!

Not going to lie, Majabella's is absolutely HORRIFYING from the outside ... I very nearly walked away but I reminded myself I'd paid £25 for a full Hollywood (in comparison to £40+ I'd paid before.) Ushered downstairs by Victoria to a pleasant enough salon. It was definitely not what I was used to but she was very sweet. If you want relaxed ambience, the tube is right next door to the salon and rattles very loudly!

However, Victoria was professional and lovely and delivered a very good result, especially for the money paid.

Will go back again.

I couldn't believe the shop when i saw it from outside, perhaps this is why there was not a lot of reviews written for this shop.

Initially i stepped in, i felt duped. And i thought oh no, the therapist is a man, how much will he know about eyebrow threading. His head slanted with his face resting on his mobile on his neck and there he is threading my eyebrows away. Ta dah! I was sold. He was extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing even though the ambiance, quality and service of the shop is not like typical female beauty salon. Its certainly a shop that needs a little bit of revamp but it also has that 70s vintage shop that you have in your early memories.

Trust me, you pay what you get, its cheap, its easy and he does the job and thats it! your brow gets trimmed just like any other salon...i love it and will definitely go back again!

If you are someone after the ambiance and good customer service than don't bother going. But if you are easy-going like me, go and enjoy that funny moments!
