Ideally situated , the spa and treatments where good , the only thing I found was that towels and dressing gowns were just
Left around the spa. Was there clear instructions of where to leave towels and gowns ? We wasn’t told .
I feel that for the standard of the hotel I would have liked tablecloths at my evening meal , the bare table made it feel cold and unwelcoming, my cutlery was not clean .
Waited long time for meal due staff mixing our order up . Compensated us with a sweet.
Staff were lovely. 2 of the showers were out of order for planned maintenance and male workers were working on them. Mot informed at time of booking. There are 3 toilets in the changing rooms of which only one was working. The whole of the changing area smelled of sewage. Relaxation ruined by noisy aquarobics session in pool. Vet disappointed
Would highly recommend this venue. We had a fantastic time celebrating my friends 50th birthday.
Was an ok massage however half the time it was so soft you couldn’t feel anything the towels were all stained also.
The spa was dated, dirty looking and had dirty towels. They hadn’t booked us in for the extra treatments we asked For. Needs updating and needs a bit more customer service
