Booked a last minute appointment which accidentally went through twice, all the staff were really helpful in ensuring this was resolved and I was refunded the additional charge, even though this was not their fault. Lucia was lovely, she advised on her recommendations for the cut and treatments at home, very knowledgeable and did exactly what I was looking for.
