I went to Lulu's boutique in Marylebone, in a nice place in the westend. The price was very attractive and I had two treatment for only £22.00 a bargain! The boutique was clean and I really loved the area.I enjoyed my afternoon. I recommend this place because it is central and you will finds coffee shop, restaurants and shops and the therapist knew well her job.

The waxing itself was absolutely perfect, and I am very very exacting when it comes to waxing. The place was nothing to write home about, but the therapist was kind and professional, and very very competent. I would definitely go back!

I have been to Lulu before and Lulu did a really fantastic job, hence when I saw the deal come up jumped at the chance. This time Lulu was out and another therapist did the waxing. She was very friendly and chatty however the results were not as good as the last time.

I like the location on Marylebone High Street: nice environment, plenty of shops and food places, though a 10 min walk from any tube station so maybe not a place for a lunch break treatment unless you're local. The Tony & Guy has a sign outside clearly indicating the presence of Lulu's downstairs, and the T&G staff were helpful in pointing me downstairs, though understandably don't make much effort with non T&G customers.
The reception area is bright and airy, staffed by a really lovely receptionist/therapist who was my waxer. I can't recall being offered a drink, just use of the bathroom. The treatment room I was in had a giant tree poster on wall which was a nice distraction from the wax, but the overhead light was a bit blinding, however, good for effective waxing. They seem to have a lot of treatments on offer as there were various machines, surgical-looking tools in barbicide and a shower in the same room as me.
For the treatment, they used these bulk wax pots (much larger than any I've ever seen before, almost tabletop vats!), which made me wonder a little about how good quality their products are, and there was double (etc) dipping and dropped spatulas, so maybe not the most hygenic of places. The waxing not very thorough in that although all areas that should be waxed for a Hollywood were (which is a definite plus for this place over many others which don't understand what a Brazilian/Hollywood entails), it wasn't done very efficiently so many hairs were missed. My bikini area was waxed really gingerly without any skin stretching and it seemed that the waxer was not very confident in this skill, so maybe she was newer or hadn't been trained to a high standard? Not all areas waxed had post-wax lotion applied, so I stuck to the papered bed quite a bit more than normal. Strip wax was used on my legs and a combo of hot and strip wax on my bikini line. It was as painful as a normal wax (I compare waxing with that had at Ministry of Waxing and Strip, as the least painful places I've been waxed at), with no measures taken to prevent it (e.g. talc/oil on the skin prior to waxing, pressing palm on just-waxed area).
The things that made all this worth it: the really nice therapist who was very conversational and had a relaxing manner; the environment, Marylebone High Street being filled with interesting shops; the Wahanda promotion, of which my therapist was fully aware, accepting the voucher with no issues or trying to sell anything else whatsoever. I left happy because of these factors, but would have been very annoyed if paying full price (an outrageous £52 for a Hollywood at this standard - compare this to the £45 the brilliant Ministry of Waxing charges, or the equal £52 at the celebrity-populated Strip.)

Also: really easy to book online, but they never answer the phone if you need to change the time, so you have to leave a message and wait for them to call back.

Went to Lulu's in Marylebone high street, great location, easy to find under Toni and Guy. I found it easy to make an appointment. When I arrived I was seen straight away. Nice atmosphere, friendly and welcoming. Treatment room was very clean. Therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Had the waxing treatment, full legs and bikini wax. Therapist waxed quickly and it was painfree. Would go back.

Pretty small beauty salon downstairs from a hairdresser, but the treatment room I was in was clean and well-lit. Lovely therapist who was charming and who did a good job. Very happy. (Don't know what their normal prices are like as this was my first visit there, because I had a Wahanda voucher.)

A very charming therapist and a clean and nice treatment room. However, the massage was nothing spectacular. Wouldn't recommend to those who prefer a more thorough deep tissue massage. An ok experience overall.

Really friendly therapist - made me feel really at ease for a first visit. Salon is in a great location and everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and return to.

Easy to get to, friendly little salon. Therapist was friendly and the treatment was quick and efficient. Very thorough too as I had the hollywood wax and the full leg wax.

Overall, a satisfied customer.

I was truly pleased with Lulu's Beauty Boutique. The salon was very charming, clean and pleasant. I found the staff and my therapist very professional and I felt well looked after. I only went there for a waxing session, which was great, but I would definitely consider going back for other treatments as well.

My waxist was very nice and made it as painless as possible. least painful hollywood I've ever had. I was so pleased with the results. The voucher was such a good deal, I would love to go again if they had any more deals.

Ambiance and facilities very nice, therapist lovely lady who really made me feel at ease, chatting away nicely. Bikini wax was fine and as painless as can be, lower leg wax could have been bit more thorough.
Overall good experience.

The location and the facilities are amazing. I was served by Lulu herself and was impressed by her professionalism and also good vibe that made me feel confident and relaxed (which I find very important for waxing). The deal was incredibly good value for money!

Lulu's is underneath a hairdressers, so it's not the most relaxing place to get a massage but once i got into the room it was very relaxing. My therapist gave a very relaxing massage and although it wasn't as hard as i like it, it made me fall asleep. I thought it was good value for money and easy to get to.

I arrived early for my appointment - the salon was in the basement and no one was there! When someone finally arrived, I asked if I could fill out the paperwork to which I was told that filling out the paperwork was included in the treatment time! However on reading the literature in the salon it asked clients to arrive early so that they are relaxed and can sort out everything so that they are ready to start treatments on time - guess it's a case of different rules apply if you are on a deal which defeats the object of the exercise... So I filled out the paperwork and was then taken into the room and then left to get undressed for 5 minutes which further ate into my treatment time (does it really take that long?)! Overall the facial was pleasant enough but nothing special and of course they finished the treatment before the 1 hour was up so overall definitely half a job and not value for money. I would not return even on another deal.

I went on a Wahanda voucher and had a 1-hour massage, which was excellent and great value. I struggled finding appointment times that fitted with my diary, but the staff were prompt at calling back when I left an answering machine message and with dealing with a date change. Lulu's is in the basement of Toni & Guy's and has a small waiting area but the treatment room was spacious and quiet. The therapist was friendly and welcoming and the massage was excellent.

My visit to Lulu's Beauty Boutique at TONI & GUY in Marylebone was very relaxing. The massage was not as firm as I would have liked but the therapist was really friendly.

Location is great but with only 1 treatment room & 1 therapist my 1hr treatment became 45mins due to the customer before overran by 15min into my booked time & my session was rushed through & finished so the next customer can have her session on time. Not sure i would return if I have to pay full price for full 60mins facial when it gets shorten to 45 mins session and without any facial massage.
