they allowed me no time to choose a colour (i had arrived on time) and i was rushed to look at the colours while they were doing the base coat and forced me to come to a quick decision. the uv machine was painfully hot inside. that’s not something i have ever experienced when getting a shellac mani or pedi. When I pointed this out, they did not check themselves but just said that I am being sensitive and this is normal. After a few attempts, I asked to stop. They did not offer a refund.

I moved to the other side of London but I still come back here because I've not managed to find a salon who does as good as job as they do here!
