Had coloring with highlights. Staff ensured I got the color I wanted and consulted with colleagues before. Felt like my views where important and taken into account. Very happy with the result and will be going back.

Other the location the experience, the stuff and the services provided was outstanding - refreshement, friendly and happy stuff and great haircut and colour. It made my Saturday absolutely amazing. I would recommend Marco.

I am quite antsy when it comes to getting a haircut in London especially because of my previous experience with a few hairdressers in London. Came across Luca online. After a little research and reading a few reviews *ALWAYS READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS*, I decided to give it a go. It's hard to miss at it's right across the street when you get out Kensal Rise Station's exit. The staff is lovely. Tame did my hair and he's one of the sweetest/proficient hair-stylist ever. I walked out of that place looking and feeling like a supermodel. *Not really sure about the looking bit but oh well*

When I arrived I was given a full consultation with Max who I presume was the manager and introduced to my stylist Lilie( she did not speak very good english) she was very pleasant and Max explained to her what I wanted.
She did a half head of highlights which are very good and cut my hair. The blow dry was brilliant as I have very thick hair.
During my appointment I was offered tea and coffee and all the staff were very pleasant. Would go back but could only afford with a special offer as quite expensive

The salon was easy to find out of Kensal Rise station. Staff greeted me straight away and were very friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Time was taken for a thorough consultation and I was given refreshments and a great range (of up-to-date!) mags to read. The facilities were very modern and clean. The member of staff that did my hair did a great job and was extremely attentive. As i was leaving, I was given some vouchers for 25% future treatments which I will be sure to use soon.
