This was very expensive for what it was. In total, I paid more than £80 for a massage that was nice but not incredible and some spa facilities that were also just okay. The staff was very nice and helpful. When it came to using the spa facilities and pool there were loads of children in the pool which wasn't particularly relaxing and meant that I couldn't swim. I realise this is a hotel and guests use the facilities too, just wasn't really a 'spa' experience.
Staff we very attentive and made myself and guest feel very welcome.

Treatment was really good. Staff were helpful and polite. Changing area needed some work.

The receptionist was friendly and informative. The cleaners were friendly and said hi.
Hotel looks brand new, clean and spacious.
Spa facility downstairs was clean and tidy.
Had a cute pool and jacuzzi and a water facility to rehydrate.
Loved the mini sauna and steam room.
The changing room and showers were clean with spacious Lockers.
The massage therapist were lovely and kind, I loved my deep tissue massage, relaxing music, the room was lovely and calm. Will definitely come again. Worth it
