The deep tissue massage was one of the best I've ever received. Jarek made sure to ask me exactly what I wanted him to work on, and while it was an excruciatingly painful hour, it was extremely effective.
Deep Tissue Massage
Jarek is a very intuitive and talented massage therapist. I was suffering from a great deal of back pain and he knew exactly where the tightness in my back was. I liked that he had me fill out a very short form describing any of the pain I was experiencing and to ensure I didn't have any physical injuries. He also asked if I would like to have some relaxing music on. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience and I highly recommend him!
Swedish Massage
Jarek is excellent and a real professional and can get to tension / knots very well. Provides good advice on improving posture and making changes that will help long term. I give it 3 stars due to the facilities at on point being extremely basic and as other reviewers say you can hear people in the gym training so ambience for me is not ideal however Jarek is very good.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Very good massage. Located in a gymbsoba bit hard to find but the massage itself was great. Highly recommand it.
Swedish Massage
Yes, the studio is slightly difficult to find and is located within a gym, but Jarek is a consummate professional who does a great job listening before putting you on the table. I think he found nearly every pressure point in my body and is a genius in getting rid of tension and toxic in muscles. Very highly recommended, especially if you want a sports massage or someone on the stronger side.
