Unfortunately for someone like me used to pro massage and with multiple nods this wasn’t the right person for me. Very nice person but time management & balance of hard (painful but needed) and soft (relax the muscles and body) was off and left me with lots of nods « activated » but not treated. So much discomfort that I had to go to my usual place to pay for another massage and finally feeling like myself again. Not a bad physio. Just not good for me. Probably good for people with light issues.
