I had a cut & blowdry, it was extremely quiet when I went in, no conditioner was applied to my hair and only a very quick wash and the stylist seemed quite bored (I was the only customer). It was a bit disappointing.
Top job - fab bouncy blow dry. Absolutely recommended!
