The eyelashes fell down after 5 days!! I have eyelash extensions for many years so I know how to look after them. Usually they stay around 4 weeks. Disappointing and waste of time and money. No one ever answers the phone, received a text from them - book online. I tried to call and explain it’s not ok to loose eyelashes after 5 days! Anyways.. my appointment was on 23rd May and I booked again for 1st of June. Can’t make it this time and wanted to reschedule but no one is answering the phone so I will be charged a full fee.
