This massage was specifically booked as my birthday treat but they switched the notes the wrong way and I ended up getting small area massaged whereas my husband who is fully fit and pain free had a full body massage. I explained on the phone several times that I’d like my entire massage on the table due to my severe back problem since giving birth to my daughter. But it wasn’t taken into account. I mentioned it on the day but the therapist said she is going by the notes. It was disappointing!

This is the second package I have bought with this massage parlour. I am someone who needs regular massages (fortnightly, sometimes weekly) as my muscles get very tight following fitness. My current masseuse knows what pressure I like and tailors the massage to fit my needs. Not only is it relaxing with the dimmed lights and soothing music but it is also targets my problem areas. Very thorough and professional. Will continue to buy packages as the standard is always exceptional.
