Both my treatments very absolutely enjoyable and the location was great, to wrap up a bit of shopping with a relaxing massage. The staff was friendly and ambiance good. I would definitely come again, but it’s the value for money (with a voucher) that makes this option the most attractive!

great massage, really friendly masseuse, busy hairdressing salon, can hear music through the walls, but massage was good and i felt great afterwards. they made a bit of an attempt to sell products/ etc afterwards but it was ok to say no.

I went for a massage. It was ok, I've had better previously. I was never asked if the pressure was ok and would have preferred a bit more. The room was in a hairdressers downstairs. It was a clean room and fine for what was needed. Not sure I would return again unless it was a good deal.

I bought wahanda voucher for massage and environ facial, which I though was a good value. I had no problem booking my appointment at a convenient time. The beauty rooms are on the lower grounds floor of a hairdressing salon, but they are soundproofed well and there was no chemical smell from the hair salon either. My therapist was great, very thorough and knowledgable. I really enjoyed the massage, pressure was quite firm, just right for me. Therapist focused on my problem areas without me prompting her. The facial was also very good. I will definitely book for another treatment in the future.

I went to Loconego to take advantage of complete back package. I was not very impressed by the treatment. The massage part was just a tiny strokes, I was not able to feel it at all. It the end I was very bored and requested to finish it early. I think the therapist didn't make any effort.

Location on Kings Road was great. Staff are proffessional and made you feel at ease. Got a smile at reception and another staff member asked what drink I wanted while I waited.
The beauty room was a room off the ground floor of the hairdressing salon. There was a staff cutting a clients hair and after other colleagues were having a chin-wag. You could hear them talking from the room. Despite this, it was relaxing.
The therapist was friendly and knowledgable. Was looking forward to the massage as I have alot of tension, knots and stiffness. Didn't really enjoy the massage techniques used.
The back scrub, exfoliation was good.

The location was quite central but the venue is quite far away from any tube station. The venue was good and stuff was nice, the therapist I got was quite nice and she did a good facial and massage.

I absolutely love Lockonego and would return time and time again. The location is really good (just off the Kings Road) and the staff are fantastic, particularly Carolina who did my massage. I would recommend highly.

My total treatment took less time than I'd paid for - 15 mins less, which is not something that can be just written off.
My massage was terribly painful, and even after indicating this to my therapist, she continued at the same pressure level. It's been a week and my shoulders are still in pain.
My facial was just a cleanse and a moisturize, with a 10 minute blackhead cleaning spree. I would have appreciated the remaining 10 mins I paid for to be used to soothe my face, but when I left I still had the extracted blackheads all over my face.
The staff were friendly only towards clients they knew and new customers like me were ignored.
I will most likely return only once more, but only because they handed me a 50%-off voucher on my next visit.

When I arrived I did not find the usual reception area which was a bit confusing. I was told to take a seat by someone I could not find when my booked time was overunning . However, when my therapist did appear I was very impressed and I was very satisfied with the treatment I had.

A stylish, modern little salon in a very trendy area on Kings Road. The staff are young and funky, and I felt that the level of professionalism wasn't as high as some other places but with the voucher it was an excellent deal.

Apologies to the therapist as I can no longer find the personalised business card she gave me after my treatment. She was absolutely lovely and was very attentive to the treatment that my very tensed back required.

The treatments offered by her are probably independent of the hair salon which the Lockonego Rooms are but the salon staff was also very welcoming though very much left you alone after greeting you.

Very simple and basic set-up but the service is the most important and I wouldn't hesitate going back there again including trialling the hair services.

The staff here were very accommodating as i had to change my appointment on more than one occasion, once on the actual day. It was easy to find and staff were very friendly and efficient.
The therapist put me at ease and showed her knowledge regarding my skin type and products suited for my facial. I only wish it had lasted longer!

I agree with a few reviews written here that the overall experience was "okay". Firstly, it is a hair dressers first and foremost so perhaps it's quite good for that service.
Location isn't the most convenient fro me so it wasn't worth travelling there to experience an extremely average treatment. It was generally an ok deal in terms of cost however you would think you would get more out of the massage and facial. Therapist was friendly but didn't seem extremely knowledgeable about skin so couldn't answer the questions I had about the facial. Facial was "normal" at best, just a cleanse really. Massage was okay and was probably the best part of experience. I made the mistake of asking to get my eyebrows threaded, which I immediately regretted as it was clear the therapist hadn't had much experience of this and it was slow and quite clumsy. So if you are looking for "ok" then its fine.

Although this looks like a hairdressers (and is indeed on) on the outside, downstairs there are 2 lovely, cosy and calming treatment rooms. Dimmed lighting, clean sheets and towels, relaxing music playing. The therapist was really friendly but not over-the-top, and during the massage I was able to choose to increase the pressure. When my facial started it was so lovely I actually fell asleep! I took my mum as a birthday treat, and she loved it also. We were not pressure-sold into any extra treatments or products at a further cost, and we would definitely return here for more treatments in the future.

My experience at The Rooms at Lockonego was quite average. I was met by my therapist in the salon area upstairs and led downstairs into the treatment room. She did not introduce herself and I was not given a form to complete. I was however handed the form right at the end to complete and told that they didn't do it before the treatment because they were rushed for time. I found this very poor as the form asked about allergies, sensitivities, recent operations, etc. which the therapist obviously did not truly care about as she didn't ask me about any of these before commencing treatment.

My 1 hour aromatherapy message was not great. There was no technique and did not really get to the spots that good therapists normally can naturally feel out - such as tension areas and knots. I can't say I felt a lot different afterwards and it did nothing to resolve the tension in my back even though I mentioned these areas at the commencement of the treatment.

The facial was vigorous and a harsh towel was used to drag and pull and scrub my face until I felt quite raw. I have also broken out on my forehead, chin and along my jawline since the facial.

I was not impressed and will not be returning.
