The staff were very good and welcomed us making sure the we knew what to expect and also what was available. They took the trouble to bring refreshments to us in the lounge so that we did not have to leave the spa and the traetments were fantastic.

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful the service was next to none and the treatments were lovely the facial made my skin feel so nice...the facilities were clean and afterwards we used the pool and steam room which was lovely.
