The overall experience was good. The stylist was running 45 minute for the appointment. I was told there would be an extra charge after i had my hair washed due to the length and thickness of my hair but when I booked my discounted appointment there were no caveats. My stylist was friendly and reassured me there won't be an extra charge. She had attention to detail and was friendly.
