I was waiting outside in the cold for the therapist to turn up which she did but late with no apology.
The premises were freezing.
She asked me in front of another client"Are you here for colonic?"
"No",I replied,"Waxing" Then she turned to the other client and asked the same question. She too said no. Very private!!!!!
The package was for DELUXE WAXING...this definitely was not deluxe...the wax was of a quality that takes hairs from the surface NOT the roots. Pretty poor really.

Relaxing massage and a great facial - made me feel welcome and really enjoyed the experience - would definitely go and treat myself again!

Salon doesn't look very promising from the outside but fine once inside. Seemed a bit chaotic initially but the girl that did my treatment was lovely and very friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the facial as I really wanted something to help clear my skin and that was one of the reasons I specifically chose this salon - however it was more of a relaxing facial. The girl did however explain that I would be better to try another type of facial (not done as a sales technique!)and gave me some great advice so this was really appreciated and I will go back to try this other treatment.

A really hidden away little place took me a while to find it on Springbridge Mews, in Ealing Broadway right at the back. The Greek lady, Natasha, running it is lovely. I ended up being 15 minutes late due to trying to find it but she just extended my time and cut her lunch break short! She uses all natural, Greek products and best thing of all on a chilly November morning was the HEATED therapy bed - bliss!! Massage was half an hour and very good. Facial was excellent, no leaving me in the room for half an hour with a face mask on which drives me mad at other salons. Steaming machine really made my skin feel great and I came out glowing. Thoroughly recommend. I got a £5 off my next treatment voucher when I left and will definitely be going back!

I found this salon by sheer chance when looking to buy a gift voucher for a friend. My friend liked it so much that I bought her another treamtnet for her next birthday...so I then thought why not treat myself! I love this salon, it's cosy and relaxing. Natasha is lovely and the electrolysis treatment is the best I've experienced, quick with very good results. Natasha is very accommodating and puts herself out to please her customers. I have also had the Neoderma light peel, which has made a big difference to my skin. I am now a regular customer and will continue to use Little wave for my pampering needs. Oh, and Natasha has a customer points system, so as a regular I now have enough points for a free treatment, what a BONUS!

Therapist was really helpful and accommodating! A lot less painful than waxing I've had done elsewhere! She did a fantastic job and I would definitely be more than happy to go back again!!

I discovered Little Wave online after searching for a proffesional salon in Ealing that does Electrolysis. I like going to Little Wave , the decor very unique and relaxing.Natasha the owner and beautician is very welcomming and has heaps of knowledge when it comes to beauty and is proffesional and discreet as you should be at a salon. Unlike other salons she knows which needle size to use when conducting electrolysis before discovering Little Wave I had been to salons in the borough which give me scabbing as the needle use for the hair is far to big. Natasha always ensures she uses the right size needle for the thickness of the hair preventing scabbing. I am a regular customer at Little Wave and would highly reccomend Natasha's salon.

Natasha is a true pro! I wouldn't allow anyone else near my bikini line now :) I also have had the OPI gel manicure on which was amazing. It was quick and easy and lasted 3 full weeks with not so much as a chip or scratch. I only had the gel removed as my own nails had grown out so much. Natasha also removed the gel nails at no extra cost which was of course a bonus. I am going back to her to have the gel nails done again today. I think I'm addicted! Lovely salon, so relaxing. Its always cosy and warm with calming sounds/music on in the background. I've been to many therapists in several cities across the UK and Ireland and Natasha is definately one of the best A true master of her trade. Would highly recommend to anyone considering booking an appointment.

The gel manicure was unsatisfactory, few nails peeled off after a day

I was lucky to discover an amazing Neoderma facial treatment at Little Wave Beauty Salon by therapist Natasha! I was greeted with a very warm welcome by her. Natasha was professional and the facial treatment was excellent. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend LWBS. This is definitely the place to be, the head above the rest!

I have travelled quite extensively and used Salons along my way. I cannot under estimate the personal, professional and best treatment received from Natasha at the Little Wave.
Natasha provides you with the most personal treatment that makes you feel like a VIP.
Natasha's expertise in waxing is outstanding. I’ve tried many places and she definitely provides the best I’ve come across from classy hotels, spa's to back room salons. The care and attention is brilliant. I feel I am the most important person in the world during my time, no rush and ever so much care and attention. I cannot find anyone who even comes close to the standard that she provides. I keep trying elsewhere due to travelling etc. but have to keep going back, as she is the best.
Natasha runs her own business and should be very proud of the services she provides. Natasha will always accommodate you at your convenience and often at short notice in my case.
The Little Wave is awash with beautiful calming surroundings.
I highly recommend it to anyone

After having tried a few beauty salons in Ealing, (and an experience with waxing which has left me permanently scarred), I was desperate to find a reliable, friendly, professional therapist.
I have found that in Natasha at Little Wave. She provides a wonderful range of treatments and her salon is always clean and welcoming. On my first visit she explained exactly what she would be doing and put my mind at ease as to her professionalism and knowledge. Unlike other salons I've been to, where everything seems rushed and impersonal, Natasha is friendly and chatty. It is nice to always see the same therapist and I have been going to Little Wave for the past two years now.

I would definitely recommend a visit.

After trying many salons in ealing i have to say that this one is clearly the best mostly because its very clean, staff seem to be very accomodating to their clients and its very important(to me at least) that it's very quiet since its inside a mews road. I kinda liked this "private" location, it kinda makes you feel exclusive. I had a facial and I really enjoyed. This is all I have to say as I didn't expect all that given that some of the other salons that i've visited in ealing are pretty bad.
