Hairdresser didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Kid’s haircut took a really long time with me directing where to cut. Would have made sense for to ask beforehand what I was looking for and get clear and maybe even offer suggestions. Also the SMELL in the was really STRONG. It was from the acrylic nails and there was no ventilation. Definitely would not go back. You pay peanuts, you get...

Terrible! I booked this place especially as the description for acrylic infills was described as being done by hand with a nail file as opposed to the electric drills you get in the Chinese places. I should’ve stuck to my local high street place and saved myself the drive and extra money. The staff talked to each other in another language which I find rude. The therapists were looking out of the window bored or on their phones and the owner tried to charge me extra for polish. I had to explain twice that according to Treatwell the extra was for gel polish which I didn’t want as I took my own colour.
