Really disappointing, my appointment was booked for a time when the manacurist was on a break so someone else started and simply hacked away by nails with the file to meer stumps. The nails on both hands didnt match one was done round the other square despite me pointing this out only one finger was changed. My old nail varnish which i hadnt had time to remove was still visible once then had applied the new polish. I went home and fixed the job myself. Definitely not worth £22 and you feel like a goldfish as you are literally just inside the door way of the shop front

Was very pleased with a new Elemis facial. Saw immediate results and will definitely return for more of the same. Lovely way to while away an hour or so.
The ambience was relaxing with soothing music but the lights were really not in keeping with the atmosphere. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good central location in the Redhill shopping centre. Ideal to visit after a couple of hours busy shopping.
The venue is situated in a shopping centre and therefore the lighting, I presume, is static and cannot be dimmed which spoils the experience. The "massage" whilst relaxing was not beneficial as it was too light and felt just "stroked".

I felt the girl was going through the motions she had learned. She wasn't in my opinion in any way energetic, she stroked the very top of my skin ever so gently with oil, I didn't feel like I was having, or had a massage thereafter. The exercise was pointless, and was therefore in my humble opinion a waste of my money, time.
