A perfect setting for a girls day away from husbands and kids. Lovely spa, staff were superb (in fact they made the experience). The facilities are very good and the massage was excellent. The lunch was delicious (a healthy buffet; not the 3 course as suggested but that didn't matter it was delicious). We had a fantastic time and would come again.

This place is amazing. Very nice and clean. The staff are helpful although some did look grumpy and hardly would say good morning. Other than that the place is amazing. Set in beautiful scenery.

Could not fault anything the only t things I would improve would be a little more choice on the menus in the restaurant and the mattress on the bed was too hard for me. Other than thus it was a truly relaxing and wonderful experience and we hope to return.

I have previously been to the spa just over a year ago and was very impressed with the actual spa and the treatments on offer

I was a bit disappointed this year to find that the massage chairs in the quiet room had been taken away and replaced with chair beds, the staff explained that some guests were spending all day on them which wasn't fair so they took them away

Like last time I decided to do an exercose class, barbell circuits, and finally 3 days later I finally have the full working use of my arms again, the classes are so tough, I love them!

The massage was lovely, a bit painful following the class in some places, but it was a nice pain relieving my tired muscles

The lunch was no longer in the nice restaurant downstairs, but was now in the juice bar, which was a bit of a shame, however the buffet was lovely and the chocolate brownies were to die for

Spa was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to revisit soon, more treatments planned for next time to make the most of the day

This visit was a 50th birthday present from me to my partner.
I wanted him to have a relaxing treat. On the whole This goal was achieved. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely. Although we did upgrade to a Garden room which I strongly recommend. As it added to the overall feeling of relaxation. The food was top class, and I cannot fault the service which was brisk. There was a worring incident when we recieved the bill for dinner extras, only to be told we were being charged for our main course.
As you can imagine. After paying a fair amount for an all inclusive servive. this was 'not good form'.
Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I had to srub it down myself so that I could have a long relaxing soak. Shower head in the bathroom had a life of its own. A small point but important for some.
But on the whole I really cant find fault much.
My partner and I enjoyed the experience so much we would reccommend it to friends or family.
I am awarding the venue, facilities and experience 4 stars.
Thank you Life House Spa. for a memeorable weekend.

This was my second time here as I had a good time before. And again me and my friend had a great time here.
We stayed 1night during the week, it wasn't very busy which was really good. Front staff were quite friendly with good manner. spa and pool are tranquil which made me calm down physically and mentally.
I was really satisfied with food here, dinner was very selective ingredients and fresh, amount of quantity was just right.
Breakfast was also fresh and lots of variety.
Only disappointment was the 25mins treatment. I tried back and neck massage, but the lady gave me a massage was very soft, almost just stroking.. even though I asked her to press a bit strongly, she couldn't do it. I wish they could do it more tailored to individuals requirement.
Over all though, me and my friend had a great time there, and would like to come back quite soon.

Loved the light 3 course lunch! Pool was warm and minerals felt beautiful on my skin but rather poor quality loungers and not really the luxury experience I was expecting. Contemporary but dull atmosphere in the pool area! Signage all around was terrible. No sign in pool area for the toilets and the Sssssh area sign above the wrong corridor! Didn't quite get why so many sofas in the sssh area when it's dark and supposed to be silent, not really a place for gathering/conversation so perhaps more loungers? Changing rooms nice and dry flooring was a plus. Classes were cancelled at end of day so couldn't take advantage of the ones I wanted to participate in given our massages and lunch timings so can't say it was excellent value for money but not bad either, taking into account the lovely lunch we had. Glad we visited so we know what is on offer but don't think we will rush back unless they have a no-brainer offer on the table.

Very cold building so had to spend all day in pool area which was the only warm place. The building was also warren like with no signs, so guests were wandering around in an attempt to find toilets, relaxation room and although staff gave directions, they weren't very precise. Lovely place though where much could be done. Relaxation room disappointing as no facilities there. Massage was good if painful, food was superb.

Very cold building which is not good when you are walking around without clothes on. Had to spend all day in pool area which was the only warm place.
