I started using LLG when I first moved into the area 3 years ago. Firstly I went for facials only when I couldn't get an appointment with my usual salon. For a while my usual salon did not offer beauty facilities so I started to use LLG for not only for facials, massage, pedicures and manicures. LLG is now my preferred Spa. The treatments are good, they sorted out my hands and nails after having been 'murdered' by another salon, their facials are 'the best', pedicures are good and last. The staff are excellent, they are cheerful and always readily available to give advice on self maintenance, without being pushy on the products they sell. It's always a pleasure to go there and I can't see why anyone could have a complaint. No beauty treatments are cheap, LLG is good value for money.

TERRIBLE!!! I had a facial and a pedicure here, the facial was nice however the pedicure was atrocious, my six month old child could have made a better job of painting my toenails. I complained and was given the opportunity to have another pedicure at my convenience (I explained it was actually quite inconvenient as I would need to find childcare). A couple of months later I arranged for someone to look after the baby, went back to the spa and wanted to upgrade the pedicure to a facial and pay the difference, simple enough you would think, I was after all paying them even more money, except with confusion over the booking I found out AFTER the treatment that this was 'against company policy'(why!!??) and had to pay the full price of £53 for the facial GRRRRR!!!! I want to complain but no one in the spa (including the manager) can deal with a complaint, I just keep being referred to 'head office' which can't be contacted directly and won't respond to messages. I have been trying for weeks to speak to someone. All I want is a phone call! I feel like I've spent a lot of money at this spa and been treated very poorly. Poor value for money, poor treatment and TERRIBLE customer care.
