We had a really lovely day, the treatment we had was perfect, the facilities are very nice, and our afternoon tea was amazing , so much and so well presented. This was a day to cheer up a special friend and it was perfect

It was a lovely day however we were surprised to find Mum and babies in the pool which made it very noisy and not the quite relaxing time we expected. The food was also limited with no choice, idea if you like lots of salad but we are not that much of a fan.

I went for a QHotels Exclusive £30 Spa Day with Choice of Two Treatments and have awarded it 3 stars.

I booked a spa day for me and my mum which was 2 treatments and use of the facilities for £25 - The treatments and the staff were very good, I can't complain but the facilties particularly the pool area leaves a lot to be desired.

The pool area is very small, has very little to offer and the chlorine levels were definintely too high, it was impossible to sit in there and relax as our eyes were stinging too much.

The hotel itself is very nice and the bar staff were very professional, the food is also very good and good value for money.

This was a lovely day and good value for money but if I'd paid more than the £25 I think I would have been quite disappointed.

We went for a spa day to relax and forget about our everyday life and it certainly did that. We would highly recommend this venue and would come again. We hope others enjoy the spa day as much as us.

Beautiful setting. Helpful and attentive staff - the therapist was extremely good and the Spa area pleasant, though a bit claustrophobic. Pool OK, though little space around it. Pleasant to sit overlooking the gardens & golf course. The changing rooms were dire - much in need of refurbishment with lockers that ate £1s and ropey locks. Refurbishment due, we are told, and would certainly go back when this is done.

The hotel was nice and we received a drinks voucher from the spa reception which a nice start to the day. Lunch was nice and relaxing in the main restaurant. A small child was very excitable in the pool when we entered the spa but did not stay long so we chilled for a while awaiting the queue for the Jacuzzi. Asked spa reception for some hot drinks but were told we had to walk to the main hotel for these which was disappointing. The treatment was nice but had to ask for the music to be turned up as could hear the receptionist's gossiping loudly!

lesuire area very dated and in need of refurbishment. Restaurant was very cold when we sat in there and the pool was too cold to swim in. The views were very good from the seats in the leisure area and the restaurant. The staff were lovely though and I enjoyed my treatments.

The beauty reception and treatment room area was very relaxing and clean. Treatments and staff were lovely but my back massage was a bit light. The restaurant is lovely but was very cold when we were sat in there and the facilities have everything you need except for a sauna. They were a bit dated and there was a noisy water class going on in the pool whilst we were relaxing. Overall a good day though.

The spa is really lovely and the treatments are fantastic. It is a shame the rest of the leisure area isn't as good. The changing rooms and pool are in need of an upgrade. The lockers did not lock and the pool area is looking very tired. We struggled to find towels as the therapists were in treatments and no one was at the leisure desk. The food and drinks in the terrace area were very expensive for what you got. But i must stress again the spa and treatments were amazing.

The Hellidon Lakes Hotel was beautiful and so was the golf course and there were spectacular views from the swimming pool and bar. The leisure facility however was a bit tired and the changing rooms were a little run down.
The treatments were really really great and I felt fabulous afterwards!

The experience was excellent value for money, thank you very much.

This Spa Hotel is in a beautiful setting with views from the pool and bar area to die for. We could've sat and just looked all day. Treatments were fine, not the best I have had but certainly satisfactory. The products used - ESPA - I didn't like as much as other brands but that could just be personal preference.

We had the pool to ourselves and both agreed that the water in the pool was too cold. It was a bit of a shock and each time we plucked up courage for a swim we were glad to move to the jacuzzi afterwards to warm up again.

I had a nice relaxing time, enjoying swimming and chatting with my friend, using the steam room and hot tub. Had a nice work out in the gym. We both felt like we had a really good time
