Can't fault anything. Would happily go back a second time. Already recommended the spa break to a few people. These are just more words to pad out the review because of a stupid minimum 20 word requirement.

Excellent value for money and very easy to book. All staff very helpful, we booked the fit for business spa treatment which was excellent except the foot massage was missed.

Overnight stay and overall enjoyed it but was disappointed at the level of noise in the corridor outside our room late at night. Can't fault any of the staff they were very helpful and friendly in both the hotel and spa. The pool was very busy when we used it on the Monday morning (Bank Holiday) with children jumping in and splashing people who were trying to relax and read, the ice fountain was not working and the experience shower was not very warm. Treatments we had were spot on and lovely staff. I would go there again for a day spa but maybe think twice before booking to stay overnight as I think this is probably one of the nosiest hotels I have stay in. One other thing was we had to book the spa experience first then book the treatments through the hotel and we had a very poor choice of availability, so could not have the treatments on the day we wanted.

Fewer facilities than I was hoping for (we left after lunch because we'd done it all), and it was the best within the distance. Staff were lovely, fellow spa goers: friendly. The offered meal was a little disappointing -not a great range, and from a very small selection of the total menu, mainly sandwiches; and what turned out to be very small portions. However, it was well prepared, and very tasty. I had looked for a Spa that specifically allowed us a glass of champagne with the meal, because it was a celebration. This turned out to be a fruit juice cocktail. Oh, and when booking for this particular location (Forest Pines), you go through a central booking department, and are not able to talk directly to the venue. That was frustrating, because it was a gift for my Mum to celebrate the end of her chemo and I had questions about what treatments were suitable that I was unable to get answered. Having said all this, it was a lovely day and my Mum enjoyed her first spa experience.

I had a really lovely day just what you need from time to time to just relax ,it would be better if the pool was just for the spa as at times it was a bit noisy but it was half term but would go again .

The treatments were very well done and enjoyable, but I wouldn't recommend the facilities as a spa, it's a pool in a busy hotel with a sauna and steam room, which is along way from a full spa set up. Lunch was in the general golf ears bar - again not ideal for relaxing in robes . children in the pool, the male showers were off for repair (unfortunate). We left after the treatments as not relaxing atmosphere

The swimming pool and gym have had a bit of a facelist by being painted - strange range of colours in the pool, but gym looks good. It's a shame a bit more preparation work wasn't carried out - just painted over the rough bits.
