Thoroughly enjoyed spa day with my wife, we had a fantastic day. Facial was very relaxing and my skin felt soft, liked the exfoliant used on my skin. Best treatment of the day was the pedicure. My wife had gels on her feet and I had a buff and shine, loved the leg and foot massage which was nice. The therapist massaged my feet until my wife's nails were painted, really appreciated that. The twin room was a nice touch as meant me and my wife could enjoy the treatment together. definitely 5 stars for the price and all the herbal teas.

Massage was sublime. I drifted away into another world. Pressure was perfect. In the middle of my treatment therapist kindly asked me if pressure was good, when I told her I had a shoulder pain she really worked her magic in the area and felt so much better afterwards. Great massage. 5 stars!!!!!!

I was really impressed by the massage I had here. I felt truly welcomed and didn't feel like I was in a standard salon. I had a hot stone massage and award it 5 stars. I will def be going back very soon.

Firstly a beautiful venue and in Catford! Couldn't believe it! Really nice place with a lovely little waiting area.
I had booked a Couples special package for a friend's birthday, had a massage, pedicure, facial and some wine, we both loved the treatments, therapists were very welcoming and easy to speak with.
Only wish I had booked the full hour massage rather than the 30mins!
I would highly recommend if you don't want to travel too far into central for a lovely experience.

With a heavy heart I write this review. I booked a valentines package for my sister and I as a gift for her birthday which included a pedicure, facial, and full body massage. Granted I ran 10 minutes late, I came to wait a further 30 minutes as the therapist was running late. Thats fine, no problem, things happen. We waited in a nice area with our feet up and were given a nice tea. Once the therapist was ready we were shown to the pedicure chairs. Basically to make a really long story short, although the girls were lovely they seemed to be more focused on chatting rather than focusing on the pedicure. I found that the senior therapist was not good with simple things like cutting, filing and painting....but then again thats all there is to a pedicure!! My nails were uneven and even worse the paint job was horrible and uneven upon close inspection. Ladies this is basic, no excuses here.
Go on to get a facial, thinking ok this might be better. No....to sum it up I basically had a few products that didn't even smell good or fresh put on my skin and wiped off. To my dismay there was no steaming or extractions! The therapist apologized with a 'sorry lovey' and explained that to turn the steamer on would take too long,and that it was an express facial. Sorry, I've had many express and mini facials which ALWAYS included some form of steaming/extraction. Even if its just your nose or chin. You're supposed to turn on the steamer as you are cleansing, 5 minutes of steam is more than enough time for your skin. This was truly disappointing for me and at this point was embarrassed that I came here for my sisters birthday.
Finally the massage, again, less than satisfactory. I just felt like oil was superficially being rubbed into my skin. There was almost no pressure and the therapist seemed more concerned about massaging the bones in my shoulder blades rather than my muscles? Maybe their explanation again might be that its not a 'deep tissue' but this honestly was ridiculous. I was fuming at this point rather than feeling relaxed.
So basically these are all things I could have done myself. Messily paint my toes, put a bunch of products on my face and wipe them off and rub some oil all over my body. I also would have been 120 pounds richer. I am truly disappointed.
The only positives were that the therapists were genuinely nice and the place itself is beautiful. Quality of work is desperately lacking. Sorry, but I cannot recommend.
