There was a double booking, as the salon had a phone booking at the same time of my booking through Treatwell and they were not aware of my booking. The treatwell system did not work in this instance. But the manager very kindly offered to do my hair when the salon closed in the evening.

Lovely salon and lovely haircut. The only way it could improve was with the initial wash, it felt like a bit of an assault! The water was far too hot (I wasn’t asked if the temperature was ok), and there was lots of tugging on my hair when it came to combing wet hair. Having said that, I’d definitely go back, just with the hope that someone else will be doing the hairwash next time...
