Had a lovely day off work to relax at this spa. Had a facial and massage as part of my package and actually fell asleep during the facial! The lunch was included and that was really tasty as well. Never had to wait to use any of the facilities but then again, I went on a weekday.

A wonderful day spent with my best friend. The facilities were first class and the staff looked after us very well all day.

We had a lovely day minus children (!) at the Landmark and the facilities were good although the steam room could only have one person in at a time and were separated into male and female. The afternoon tea part of it was also exceptional and the staff were brilliant throughout the day. Would defo recommend it.

I booked the deal as a present for my boyfriend for Christmas and we went together. When we arrived we were showed the bento menu and asked what we wanted to order and what time we wanted it served. We were given robes and slippers and shown the facilities. After changing to the robes the staff picked us up for treatments (in separate rooms). I liked the stone massage and the therapist was very accommodating, it was supposed to be a back massage but since my legs were sore after running I asked for leg massage and she spent the whole 45 minutes working on my tight calves. I much preferred that so happy there is freedom for some modification. I didn't like the facial so much. The products used smelled quite chemical and my skin loosed exactly the same after it. But this may just my personal taste as I prefer cosmetics that smell fruity.
After treatments we went to the spa. With temperatures outside around 1C it felt a bit cold inside and i spend the whole time in the robe. The sauna is nice but it wasn't very hot, big gap between the flood and the door let some cold air in, jacuzzi was nice. Steam room is nice but it's separate for men and women so I couldn't use it with my boyfriend. Bento box was very nice and just the right amount. I enjoyed it a lot.
Overall it was a good deal since we had the food, 2 treatments and the use of facilities for just £120 per person. Otherwise I wouldn't go again. I found the pool area lacked a bit of ambience with bright lights and cold air.
I would go back again for the package deal but I wouldn't got for the spa facilities on their own.

Excellent deep tissue massage- one of the best I've ever had!
The spa is easy to locate, in a very ornate hotel near Marylebone Station.
Staff were very friendly and experienced.
I would definitely go back.

Lovely day spa. Staff were very nice. Food was amazing.
Pool is a bit too cold for a spa. And environment in The pool area The same. Jacuzzi was lovely. Facial products smell too much of alcohol and some really burnt.

Not cheap but a true urban oasis. The treatments were excellent, as were the facilities - it wasn't too busy so I could come and go as I pleased between swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and relaxation room. The friendly staff helped create a lovely calm, relaxing atmosphere. Lunch was also delicious!

Excellent venue for the perfect spa getaway in London. Absolutely perfect day. The spa was lovely, the ambiance was just what we needed to relax. The changing rooms were nice and clean and the service from the staff was top notch. We both really enjoyed the massages and the afternoon tea was one of the best we have had in London. Highly recommend.

I felt really looked after! Treatments were excellent, as was the food. It was quiet the day I went (Tuesday) so there was enough room round the pool etc. I'd definitely go back if there was a good deal. This is a 5 star hotel & it showed. Voya products were really lovely & I even bought a face mask to take home!

The Landmark spa was ok, but it's a bit pricey for what you get for your money. I was really looking forward to a relaxing time in the relaxation room, but that wasn't possible because they only had four couches available. My facial and back, neck and shoulder massage, carried out by Leoni was very good, she did a fab job on my back and loosed a lot of knots. Overall, not a bad place, I may return their sometime, if on a discounted rate like I got through Wahanda.

A lovely relaxing spa day - ambiance was peaceful (apart from children's swimming hour, we hid in the relaxation room at this point), facilities are good, food was tasty and treatments were great.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff.
The spa facilities are really cleaned and spacious.
The massages were done in a very professional and efficient way.
And the lunch box was delicious.

It does definitely worth the treat!

Everything about this spa is fantastic, the ambience, the treatments, the gym, the spa , the food and last but by no means least the staff. It is in one of London's historic Victorian railway hotels so the ambience is just beautiful a wonderful mix of old and new.
We will be back next month for more.

A friend and I went to the Landmark Spa this weekend for the 'Indulge' day package - as the name suggests, a seriously indulgent day with 180 mins treatments, smoothies on arrival, lunch in the Winter Garden, a goodie bag and of course access to the spa facilities.

The therapists and treatments were absolutely wonderful. My friend and I found that we had quite different (both very positive) experiences despite having the same treatments, as the therapists were so focussed on tailoring what they were doing to our separate needs, which was excellent.

I've given 4 stars rather thanks 5 as although the spa and treatments were wonderful, we were a bit disappointed with the way the package unfolded - booking was extremely easy, but after that it went a bit downhill. There didn't seem to be a clear understanding in the spa of the package we had booked, so in fact we only received the smoothies at the end of the day rather than on arrival, and only because we asked. This is minor compared to the lunch in the Winter Garden - despite the booking having been made by the spa, they had no idea that we were there as part of a spa day or that this meant the 2 course lunch was included, so it was fortunate that I double checked which was the correct menu for us before we ordered This meant that there was quite a wait while a manager was consulted , and we felt a bit like second class citizens. This was exacerbated when we ordered a glass of champagne each in addition to the menu included, and after taking our order but before bringing the drinks the waiter returned to our table to ensure we knew we would have to pay for the champagne. As both my friend and I have been to restaurants before we did realise this is how it would work (!) - actually we felt rather embarrassed and as if they were suggesting we couldn't afford to be there... When we were actually spending over £600 in the spa that day! I appreciate that this is a hotel restaurant and standards are expected - we were half way through a spa day so although we were dressed (ie not in robes) we hadn't put makeup on - perhaps this altered how the staff saw us, but that's not reasonable if the lunch is part of a spa day, and also I expected better from this calibre hotel.

So we weren't particularly happy about the Winter Garden, but really enjoyed the rest of the day in the actual Spa. This is a really wonderful spa and I can't wait to come back.
