My partner and I booked an over-night spa package, so we really enjoyed the clean, well-presented swimming pool and sauna, which was very peaceful and pleasant.

The hotel is beautiful, and in a stunning location, however our bedroom was in a separate building, which was dark and in need of an update. But I could cope with the lack of 'luxury' in the bedroom.

The real disappointment of this hotel was the dinner - the staff were extremely slow at taking our order, and once we had ordered we waited 45 minutes for 1 course, that hadn't been cooked properly. The restaurant was not at all busy, so this delay seemed unnecessary. There were a few couples nearby that were also complaining about the slow service.

If the prices were more reasonable I probably wouldn't have minded the dingy bedroom or the slow dinner service, but I don't feel like the standards met the price tag. I wouldn't bother going back, and I would only recommend this spa hotel to someone who wanted a swim/sauna

Lovely friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Only downside was check in was at 3pm not 2pm as advised.

Arrived at the hotel to be told our room had maintenance issues and we had been moved, checked in to the room to find it had not been updated since 1980! No way was it 4 star. Very disappointing for a special occasion trip away. Also the hotel is located in Pembroke, not Tenby as advertised, it is a 30 minute drive away. The spa facilities are excellent.
The food was excellent apart from me finding a slug in my salad. The chef was very apologetic and didn't charge me for it, how kind! The salad I mean, not the slug.
If I'm honest, I won't be hurrying back there.

I booked a one night spa Escape over Easter weekend and I had pre-booked 2 massage treatments with the 20% discount offered, however, before we arrived I received a phone call cancelling the massages as one of the spa staff had phoned in sick. We still went to the Spa but reception was unmanned and guests were left to find their own towels, and there were only small ones left and the overall impression was that it was extremely unorganised. The pool wasn't very warm and there were several families there with small children so it wasn't a very relaxing experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but the cooked breakfast menu included sausage which didn't materialise on our plates, which were then promptly whisked away by the waitress before my partner had even finished eating! Reminded me a lot of Fawlty Towers and I will not be returning.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Lamphey Court, the room was very clean and pleasant, and the spa facilities and treatments were excellent. The only problem we encountered was service at breakfast, this was slightly disappointing. We enjoyed a very nice evening meal with good service however. Overall a good stay.

Lovely relaxing day at the facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend to others. Treatments were brilliant and we had a good choice of menu for the lunch.

lovely stay and lovely surroundings
breakfast was great & we had a fab time.
I had an awesome massage the only thing we found was the pool was quite cool and the spa itself was cool - could of done with being warmer. Once we had a swim we didnt stay in there facilities for much longer as we were cold.

Very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel was in a lovely calm location however the customer service was awful. Spa staff were rude and unhelpful and our massage lasted less than 20 minutes despite paying for 30. I have emailed the hotel to inform them of the issues but no reply. Avoid.

Lovely place for the short and sweet break. Would definitely book again. Food was fabulous!! Slight downside was that our room was above the kitchen so continually smelled of whatever was being prepared! Would not deter me from going again though.
