Ryland is lovely, polite and really enjoys what he does. You choose on everything with him and he will even end the session with some stretches to maintain the release. Another plus is how flexible he is and of course he comes to you fully equip! I have gone back to him once already and plan to for the forseeable future as and when I need.

Really fantastic deep tissue / sports massage. Didn’t feel at all rushed and Ryland made sure he spent understanding what I needed. He also explained exactly what he was doing, checking in on the pressure etc. Will definitely use Ryland again and recommend him to all my gym buddies.

I was having trouble with muscle spasms in my lower back. After receiving a couple of sessions I was able to return to work after a week. Following my sessions Ryland backed his treatment up with advice on various exercises and tips to alleviate any further problems. He was very professional, attentive and informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needed any physio treatment.
My wife has also been treated by Ryland as she was experiencing a problem with her knee. She was very impressed with the treatment she received.
