Hi - we went this afternoon and this was our second visit. We had a very pleasant time and yes there is a limit to the facilities but we haven't found this to be a negative as if you sit and relax on the very comfortable sofas then an opportunity always arises. The staff are extremely pleasant and the ambience is very relaxing. The only thing I would like to see for our next trip is more aroma in the aromatherapy room :)

Great, safe way of gradual tanning! Builds tAn up nicely after couple of sessions! Recommend using tanning cream for a better tan.

I had a hot stone massage by Charlene. She was very knowledgable and did a fantastic massage. I have had a number of massages before including hot stone but this was the best I have ever experienced, thanks !

Enjoyed the treatment thoroughly, did have to wait for some time. Staff very friendly, didn't really see much of the spa facilities although could hear them as the treatment rooms are right next to them. Would have made the experience alot better if I couldn't hear women shrieking and laughing outside but did enjoy the massage.

From beginning to end the experience was a nightmare, we started off being ignored when we entered the spa and was taken to a seated area which was full! We were told to help ourselfs to wine, the jug was empty. We stayed seated for almost an hour when I asked a staff member when we could expect to go to the spa she snapped back at us and said shed be with us in a minute?? We were then showed to our changing room which was full and extremely uncomfortable to be in.. We asked if we could have any treatments but no body knew the availability. A therapist did take us through for a complementary massage which was lovely think her name was shavorn, but this was rudely interrupted by another member of staff insisting on a couples massage??i felt Very embarrassed and uncomfortable massaging my partner in front of a room full of people!! We went to klasse for a valentines treat, to be pampered the experience was scatty, rushed and over crowded. Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful.. you'd find better facilities at your local swimming baths than here!! Please avoid, we will not be returning here don't waste your time and money!!!

Horrible experience from start to finish!! Our session was booked from 1:00-4:00 for a party of 8, upon arrival we were shown into a seating area and told they were very busy so could we wait here and help ourselves to wine and the chocolate fountain until called to go into the spa. On the table where we seated ourselves was a bottle of wine and several glasses so bearing in mind the instructions to help ourselves to wine we shared it out between us. A member of staff came storming up to us demanding to know where we had got the wine from, upon showing her the table she curtly stated this was demonstration wine and we would have to pay for the bottle, she said there was a price list next to it, which there wasn't, i took a photo of the table to prove this. On our table were confidential documents from other guests which stated among other things their addresses, and occupations - a member of our party took them to reception stating this was a huge breech in confidentiality, the staff were non appologetic and stated curtly it was ok. We waited in this cramped seating area until 1:50 when a different member of staff called olivia came to ask if we were OK. Upon telling her we weren't OK because we should be upstairs in the spa now she raised her voice to me and snapily said that's why she was here to take us upstairs. She told us she had given us our 'own room.' Upon being shown into our 'own room' we discovered it was a small treatment room, the 8 of us crammed in around the treatment bed were told this was where we had to change! We said we would prefer to get changed in the changing rooms as we were uncomfortable getting changed in front of each other and it was too squashed. Olivia told us there weren't seperate cubicles to change in there was just a communal changing room next door, we asked for lockers to put our belongings in and were told there weren't any spare so we had to leave our belongings in this treatment room with no way of locking the door, we said we had our purses and tablets on us and did not want to leave them in this room where anyone could walk in and steal them. Olivia snapped at me that she could assure me no one would enter this room or steal anything! How an earth could she assure us of this when there was no lock on the door?????? We waited in the communal changing area until a locker became free to put our valuables in, the reason the locker became free was because the woman was leaving early being so disapointed with the 'spa'. The 'spa' was so busy, you had to wait to use the facilities until there was room. The foot spa's were unhygienic, to drain the water out of them to put fresh in when you came to use it, you had to put your hand into the foot spa to pull the plug out, yuck other peoples feet had been in that water! There were never any cups by the water machine, you had to keep asking the staff for cups. The 'relaxation area' were seats in the middle of the spa area not in a seperate room so it wasn't relaxing at all. The 'aromatherapy room' was lacking aromatherapy oils, I didn't realise I was actually sat in the 'aromatherapy room' and asked someone in there where the aromatherapy room was. When it came to the end and we were wanting to get a shower we found there was only 1 shower that was in private with a lock on the door. The other shower was in the communial changing rooms, you would shower in full view of everyone coming in and out including men who would be walking past the door when a lady opens it to enter. There was only 1 hair dryer in the whole facility and that stopped working when someone was using it. Don't waste your money and time in coming here!!!!!!!!!!

If its a spa day you are looking for then it's a no no, Spa facility's are very small & limited, The aromatherapy room had no soothing aroma at all, just the smell of stale sweat! only 2 foot spas which had no running hot water only cold as their seemed to be a problem with the water system!! the sauna was the size of a very small garden shed & only fitted comfortably 4people @ a time, the heat & ice experience... Err?? The heat was a small steam room the size of a double shower cubicle & the ice experience was a small sink with a funnel that had no ice working from it, it also seemed like they had over booked as the amount of people booked in the spa for the amount of space provided made it feel over crowded, people just seemed to be slouched on the chill out areas with glum faces due to the lack of facility's, one lady had badly burned her back! after stepping back into a corner to let someone in the steam room & substained a nasty burn on a towel rail, which coused her severe pain & discomfort & possible scaring...this prevented her from using the limited facility's!! But hey on a plus side the staff are friendly & apologetic... I had pre booked lunch & treatments for myself & a friend separately from the spa experience & if it wasn't the fact we had pre paid for these extras beforehand we would have left before our 3hrs was up. My friend & I are frequent spa goers & found the whole experience a disappointment from start to finish.

Staff very welcoming nice ambience, only let down was having to wait due to no rooms being available. Would appear there is no system in place to make sure the therapists know which room they are doing a treatment so that its ready in time for their next client. Enjoyed the Swedish Massage very relaxing and Therapist was very good.

Enjoyed the experience, the stylist was friendly and was giving me useful advice on my hair. I was surprised that there was no other customers in the salon and think this spa would benefit in better advertising and lowering their prices to attract more custom.

I'm not a fan of sun beds but the sun angel was really good first time I have ever gone on anything like a sun bed and it still gave me some colour after first use.
