My spa experience at Ki Spa was just what I hoped for when I booked it. Being able to use the wet spa facilities was perfect before having my Vanilla and Lime back, neck and shoulders massage which was really good and felt extremely relaxing. The lady who did my massage also gave me some great feedback and advice afterwards about how I can look after my back which was great. I'd definitely visit the spa again, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the massage was definitely the highlight of my day!

The massage couldn't have been better, the therapist (Michael) worked out my knots with exactly the right pressure. The staff were all delightful and made the experience very easy.

A fabulous experience! The treatment was one of the best I have ever experienced, everything from the treatment room being clean and calming to the professional manner of the staff. What a relaxing day! Thank you Ki Spa!

Its a nice little health centre, with a good sauna and steam room. The gym looked impressive too. The pool is a little small and there was only one Jacuzzi pool, which was busy. It wasn`t too busy in there but there still wasn`t enough seating areas and I had to sit poolside at one point. Four stone beds really is not adequate. Most people like to relax after a sauna and steam. My massage therapist was lovely and did a great job, however at one point it was really noisy outside my room and my tranquillity was spoilt by noisy chit chat. It actually sounded like they were in the same room as me. The staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly but would I go back again? probably not. It would make for a good health club membership if I lived locally though, but not as a relaxing spa day with my hubbie.

I booked a Spa Experience through Groupon as a gift for my partner which included two treatments totaling 50 mins and use of the spa (Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room) We upgraded as this did not include use of the gym and paid £12 each. I did bring an extra towel as I knew you were only allocated one each - although there are more available at a small charge of 50p. The facilities at Nuffield Health are very 'tucked away' as they seem to be mainly for use of the residence at High Point. You are given detailed instruction on how to find the Spa at the time of booking, but I would give yourself a few extra minutes so you don't miss your treatments. We went on a Thursday and found it to be quite quiet - I did look up the swimming pool timetable and noticed that is was all adult swim until 3pm so if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time in the spa I would avoid after 3! We bought food with us as there are no eating facilities within Nuffield Health or Ki Spa although there are a few places outside to grab a bite to eat. We found the spa facilities to be clean and of a good standard, the gym was great and spacious with the latest state of the art equipment. Our treatments were at 3pm and we were greeted by Afiya and Michael who were both professional and delivered great treatments of a high standard. My partner feel asleep during the treatment which I feel is the ultimate compliment for any therapist! To complete the day we were treated to a cup of spiced Moroccan tea whilst we gathered ourselves - we had a great day and would definitely be back!

It's not really a spa - somehow if it's in a gym rather than a hotel - and you make use of the facilities together with all the other gym-goers the atmosphere is different. Treatments were alright, however thinking about the time I put in getting there (Hayes) - if you're not a local, there's probably somewhere for me closer to home

My partner and I had a relaxing day today, started with a nice and strong massage by Afiya and Jess, both lovely and professional then ended with spa's facilities.
In 5 minutes time , I'm going to book spa day twice a month at least ;)

The masseur was excellent, I would rate him in my top 3 massage experiences of all time - and I go for a lot of treatments! The only comment I can make is that it would be better if the treatment rooms and the wet spa area connect, so that guests don't have to cross the reception of the gym to go between them. The treatment rooms themselves had a nice ambiance, so it was a bit of a shame to break that by having to cross the standard gym reception to get to the wet spa area afterwards.

One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Really lovely staff. The treatment rooms are very nice but the wet spa is slightly less luxurious, it's just part of the gym. Quite tricky to get in the building though - be confident about asking for directions, we would have never found it using the map.

My Sister and I went for the Spa Experience. We arrived early to use the steam room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi and it was lovely and quiet and relaxing. Our treatments were done by 2 lovely profesional therapists. They were extremely friendly and gave us a consultation before the treatment. The massage and facial were excellent. We came out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Hi, I visited Ki Spa on Valentine's Day as a little treat to myself for some much needed TLC and relaxation and had a lovely time. I can honestly say that in terms of my treatment which was called the Heavenly Indulgence ( back massage, scalp massage and facial) that it was one of the best things I've ever experienced. Afiya is brilliant! She has extremely gifted fingers, especially during the acupressure moments of the treatment. This isn't a treatment just to relax and beautify, it felt more holistic than that. I honestly didn't want to move afterwards, they need to build a cosy, dark room for clients to curl up and have a post-treatment nap in! I went in with an extremely tense neck and back and she really did her best to combat that. Ki Spa is part of Nuffield Health and the signage you should look for, is for the latter. It is tricksy to spot to be honest, I would suggest you look for the TescoExpress on the street on approaching, duck under and past it, then take the lift, come out, walk straight ahead, into the building ahead of you, then take the lift to the basement, if like me you need visual cues. The wet facilities are really good, but it's not a quiet place in that area to be honest, as the jacuzzi and showers when in use are pretty noisy, but I appreciated there being no deep end in the very lovely pool, there being water fountains about so you don't have to carry a water bottle around and also how powerful the steam room was. The sauna for me was a tad weak. I adored the heated, ergonomically-curved mosaic loungers - truly a treat, I used them both before and after my treatment. The changing rooms were okay but the tiny towel you're handed isn't adequate to be honest except for your hair. I would advise bringing your own. There is some ambiguous cleanser in the shower, I've no idea though if its hair/body shampoo or one or the other! I took my own. Staff are friendly and the central reception area is very brightly lit, so it was a wonderful surprise to then be taken through into an essential oil scented, dimly lit, instantly relaxing treatment area. The treatment itself is 5 star, I'm so pleased there is a Spa like this in Hayes. I went on a Friday afternoon/eve and it wasn't too crowded and people around me in the wet area were pretty relaxed and friendly so I had a very good time. It's ideal for couples and singles, and I saw a man with his kids in the pool area too, so open to all.

I really enjoyed the experience. Staff was amazing. And so was my facial. The facilities are ok, but clean and it wasn't crowded on a Sunday, so everyone could enjoy themselves.

Good, but pool does not have a deep end, massage was great, though would have liked hot stones to be used more (though probably thats why its called a taster). Overall good experience.
