I always had Swedish massages and always needed strong pressure so I thought I would try a deep tissue massage as I thought it could be ideal. It was exactly as I like it. My brain was able to switch often during the massage which is often difficult for me to achieve. After the massage my back felt so much lighter and my back feel better since then. Zoe is a great therapist and very approachable. I would definitely recommend Zoe and her massage and I will definitely return.
