Would be helpful if staff did not fit other customers in, l arrived at 10.25 and had to wait until10.55. I did not have my hair cut by Elana as a Mother and 2 daughters were having a dry cut. Unfortunately this is not the first time people off the street have been seen first. I travel from High Wycombe just to have my hair cut

Elena did my hair very beautifully although I can see other staff working there are quite disrespectful to clients which is disappointing.
