Tuffin comes from a military background and after a number of years in the army, he is now a top personal trainer in London, working with celebrities and hundreds of clients with different goals and aspirations.

Keep Fit Boot Camps always aim to give customers a tough workout that really whips them into shape, but also run on personal encouragement and engagement.

Did the bootcamp in Hyde Park just before it started to get too dark and too cold. Was fun exercising outside and the other girls in the group were all friendly - it was nice to have a giggle while working out for a change. The instructor was friendly but wasn't able to suggest sufficient alternatives for people with injuries. Facilities minimal (ie not enough mats for everyone) but the setting in the park lovely.
Good value with discount and would be good in summer.

Great way to work out and keep fit. Hyde park is a great backdrop and centrally located. The instructor for the bootcamp training sessions was very professional and knew how to get the most out of the group. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun way to train. Shame the weather is getting darker earlier.

I bought the deal where you get 10 sessions for £20.

I've enjoyed most of the bootcamp and the instructor is good.
The class is a good size and Hyde park is a good location.

I've seen some results as my fitness levels have definitely improved.

The first session was over 15 minutes early and I didn't feel as if I'd had a workout. The second session was much better and lasted a full hour. I decided not to continue with the remaining eight boot camp sessions as I felt it was the wrong time of year to be doing outdoor workouts. Still good value all the same.

I have really enjoyed attending the bootcamp classes and I can notice a difference in my fitness and strength. I would recommend these classes if you want to buld strength and fitness.
