I had a lovely experience at Kai Ko's with Ross. He was a lovely person and fantastic at his job. he gave me tip and tricks on how to maintain my hair. what a lovely experience!! I will definitely be returning. it's nice to see someone who is so passionate about their job and therefore providing excellent service!

This is the best haircut that I've had in around ten years. Ross was thorough and made me feel welcome from the moment that I entered the building. I was so impressed, I've booked in for a further appointment!
