,just like to say my friend and i had a lovely time at Kai Ko`s,we had the fish pedicure plus a file and polish and a foot massage.The young lady what was treating use made use feel really welcome and relaxed,she was happy and catty and talked use through are treatment and we had coffee and bicy`s.
Would go there again.

I went yesterday to have my hair cut, washed and full head of highlights. I first went for my skin test and had to wait 30 mins for that, then on the day my appointment was at 1pm and I didnt leave till 4.30 I had no idea I was going to be that long. I was offered no magazines to read whilst my colour was being done, my lady who was doing me was rushing about trying to do someone else at the same time as me. I felt left then another lady had to come and rinse me whilst hearing another lady coming in to be rinsed saying she had been given a free fish pedicure. I felt my cut was rushed and to be styled as it was close to closing I felt my lady was pulling at my hair just to get done. I had this through an offer which would have cost me £80 I surely wont be going back also was then charged £7.50 for toner this was not explained to me before hand that it would be an extra charge. Very dissapointed

It is great to get a blow dry before going out somewhere special or not so special, just looking nice. And if you are one of those people who can not do blow and dry their hair on their own (nicely) then it is even perfect
Had a groupon voucher , it was a bargain!!! Very professional service. Hair cut, highlights, and condition was amazing. Really pleased with how my hair turned out and will go again!! Thank you both Carmen for the lovely colours you picked, I look great! and most of all to Emily who cut and did all the hard work!! Thank you both.

I am a regular at Kai Ko's and always book in with the salon director. The salon is bright, modern and always spotless! They are full of information on new products, style ideas, and top tips for keeping my hair in great condition. I always walk out feeling totally fabulous! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
