Really friendly, welcoming staff and great mini pedi - really good value for the price and my toes still look fab 3 days on.
Bit noisy as it's in the centre of Soho but to be expected.
Will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! I had my manicure and pedicure done here 3 weeks ago and my nails are still immaculate! I have been around London nails salons, but this one really beats all of them. Really a good value for your money. The staff is very welcoming and kind, and the salon itself is just so nice and comforting. There is just a good energy and vibe in this place. Def going back for another pampering session next week!

Love Jungle Fever. My favorite place, it's a great central location in soho near to everything to have drinks or some good food around after your beauty treatment feeling so beautiful, happy and confident, also is a perfect place to have some advise where to go around while you are there with the girls that work there, they are very friendly and with few years of experience to treat you to a luxury shellac manicure with any colour of your choice. I'm always very happy after my eyebrow and eyelash treatment to go on holiday or to party for a weekend without to worry to make up or anything because the treatment last long 3 to for 4 weeks :)

Jungle fewer is located in the middle of soho and it's quite easy to find. The service is fast and efficient. I've had a manicure, pedicure, waxing and eyelash extensions…Great results and the girls are lovely….We always have great chats…Totally recommend this place...

Overall this venue is ok. The therapists were not unfriendly but not particularly friendly, welcoming or customer-focused either. She did seem to know what she was doing and I was satisfied with the treatment overall but I didn't particularly feel welcome and the service wasn't very personable so I doubt I'd choose to go back. With so many salons in London to choose from, these guys need to try harder to keep customers.

Place was easy to find, clean and pleasant. The chair was very comfortable and although I was a little concerned about sticky tape being used to hold down my lower lashes it did the job. Only just got the lashes in but they look lovely and I just hope they last!

I had a voucher for waxing.
No frills venue and service. Staff a little brusque.
The wax wasn't great - I could have gotten the same results at home but perhaps not so quickly.

venue hard to find, greeted abruptly asking for voucher, and forced me to pay extra £28 on top of my already paid for wahanda voucher because therapist suggested hot wax was better than strip wax.

why would i purchase a coupon if what i ended up paying is £16 more than what i would've gotten if i had gone there without coupon. therapist justified saying it was because i got 'two treatments' (the second of which was hastily done as she had another upcoming appointment) and told me to call their manager in ONE MONTH's time when she was back from her holiday to sort it out.

awful experience. don't go there

I had the semi permanent eyelash extensions deal from Wahanda. The staff at Jungle Fever were very welcoming and polite. Unfortunately the eyelash extensions did not last very long even though I bought the additional adhesive and cared for them. The salon is very small but has a good atmosphere, the only downside being that the business is not open Saturday's and has no bathroom. I would have gone back to get the eyelashes touched up but there seems to be no availability for months for the times I want (after working hours).

I really liked this salon, it was a funky nail bar out front with treatment rooms in the back. The staff were chatty and had lots to talk about, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. It's quite small but it was still lovely and in a great location. I've already booked to go back!

The salon is really a nail salon rather than a beauty salon. Its pretty basic and I was sat at a chair at the nail desk to get my eyelashes done. Having said that, the therapist was very quick and took only 45 mins. She put the length and type I requested and was very efficient. The result was great and a month later, Ive still got most of the lashes which is a good sign. great value.

A terribly disapointing experience!
The end result looked great but alas lasted less than a week!
Were these 'silk' eyelashes even silk? I very much doubt it!!
How do I complain and to whom??

Managed to book in for some lash extensions and although the salon isn't very big, I was seated very comfortably and was even drifting off to sleep at one point. Very happy with the end result.

I have had lash extensions done and a lot of other place and have literally only lasted a week, I got the lashes done here and 3 weeks later, they are still looking great!
