The whole thing was difficult to arrange. The offer changed venue. the therapist broke her arm so we were cancelled the day before. Tea was good but we were offered only one cup and never offered a refill. In the end we didn't have the treatments because the tea and treatments ended up on different days and I couldn't travel again from Nottingham.

What a wonderful experience. Although my original appointment was cancelled (due to the therapist who had an injury), we managed to rearrange another time for the session, even though i's already passed the expiry date.

Lovely boutique hotel in Soho, comfy treatment rooms and excellence technique from my therapist. Shame it's a little short (40 minutes) but just worth every penny. 5 star without a doubt.

Wasn't that great actually. The venue was changed then when we did manage to book the therapist (poor thing) broke her arm so those appointments were cancelled the day before and we were travelling by train with non refundable tickets. We were offered another booking on another day for the massage which we agreed to but when the time came we were unable to travel so it was really disappointing. The advertised cost for afternoon tea suggests luxury - it's on a par with The Ritz! was way overpriced. This is a boutique hotel. We perched on a leather sofa at the back of the bar with people having coffee around us. On a good note the sandwiches were gorgeous however service was slow and were were not offered a top up of tea so we sat for a couple of hours feeling quite parched as the staff seemed to do a disappearing act once they had served us. All in all not a brilliant experience and we certainly won't be repeating the experience.

Unfortunately the venue for the pampering experience was not the same as the place I had booked in Chelsea and the facilities for the experience were not very adequate. It was in a busy hotel where there was nowhere quiet to be and the restaurant where I had afternoon tea was just as busy with no atmosphere though the tea itself was good

We battled to get a booking fir this as 6 of us wanted to go together.
On teh day we were the only one's in the dining area for the tea which was strange.
The food and tea was lovely.
The massage was excellent

I purchased a massage through another voucher deal site. The booking process made me think this was going to be a nightmare as it had taken me a few weeks(!) to get hold of somebody to book an appointment - including, at one point, being told I would be called back by the "girl who makes the bookings" later in the day - guess what, she didn't! I got the feeling the staff responsible for booking really couldn't care less.

However, I was pleasantly surprised with the spa area itself. The decor and ambiance was very relaxing and I felt very chilled throughout my booking. The therapist was really sweet and lovely to talk to. It was a pretty good massage - nothing to justify writing home about but no complaints either and I definitely felt better afterwards. I seem to remember the "non-voucher" price being a fair reflection of the treatment as well.

It appears the staff problem is isolated purely to the front of house at the hotel so, needlessly to say, I won't be staying there in a hurry. I would recommend the spa itself if you have the patience to put up with the poor booking service!

I went for the £35 massage + afternoon tea deal with my mum and it was really good. As others have said it was a shame we couldn't have the massages at the same time but it wasn't a big deal as I just took a magazine! The massage was amazing and the afternoon tea delicious - highly recommended!

My mum went with her friend and throughly enjoyed the experience. She found the staff friendly and helpful, even though she spoke little English. The facial was relaxing and afternoon tea was delish.

I went for massage and afternoon tea offer and overall am very happy with the experience. My therapist was very good, the facilities offered by the hotel were very comfortable. Afternoon tea was also good although we had to remind about our champagne option.

Went here with a couple of friends and on the whole, I'd say the overall experience rates quite poorly - perhaps 6 out ten.
Although the venue was easy to get to and the therapist did a great massage, there was only one therapist and we had to wait in turn.
We also had afternoon tea and it was rather disappointing - just one cup of coffee as opposed to a teapot of tea each and some rather stale sandwiches.. and to make matters worse, it was also really cold and the staff did not attempt to sort out the air conditioning despite our requests.

I bought the voucher as a gift for a friend who absolutely loved it. She went along with another friend that I'd bought it as a gift for so the afternoon tea element of the deal was a great addition. Both said they'd do it again. I'd buy it for myself as well as friends next time the offer comes up.

Very friendly receptionist who set the right tone for the overall pampering experience. Very professional Japanese masseuse who provided a very good neck and back massage in an excellent treatment room. The champagne and sandwich tea was excellent, served by a fiendly lady from Brazil. The aromas of lemon grass throughout the spa were delightful. Absolutely brilliant!

I took my step-mum for a pampering afternoon of champagne afternoon tea and massage. It was a really good deal - the tea was great - in a lovely cosy cafe within the hotel and the massage was also really good. The only down-side was that there was only one therapist so we couldn't have concomitant massages - I had to wait until step-mum went first. Still, a very good deal adn I'd recommend it.

Went with a group of girlfriends and the massage was wonderful. The therapist was very professional and couldn't have asked for a better massage. The ambiance in the relaxation room was spot on however as it is also a waiting area for hotel guests there are a lot of people who buzz in and out. We had a lovely afternoon tea topped off with a glass of champagne! Well worth it.

I went with a friend for champagne afternoon tea and a massage, this was great value and very relaxing - we loved it! I will definitely be going back and will be using the 50% off voucher that I was given when we left - otherwise this might be a bit of an expensive day out.

Went with a friend for an afternoon treat of a facial and an afternoon tea with champagne and had a wonderful time. Outside is unassuming but very pleasant inside. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and put us at our ease. Pleasant and relaxing facial and no hard sell of cosmeti products which was very refreshing. Tea was excellent with sandwiches, scones and cake and good quality champagne. Fantastic vaue for the price.

Nice quiet location but with close proximity to shops etc. Staff were very friendly but it is actually a hotel rather than a spa, only one treatment room and therapist so if going in a group they can only do one treatment at a time so can take a long time. The hotel was nice but there is no separate waiting area for the treatments so you have to mingle with the other hotel guests.

We had a lovely time at myhotel Chelsea - very professional service, lovely fruit water in the relaxation rooms, and good attentive massage! The afternoon tea was the perfect way to end our visit!
