The staff were friendly and helpful. However, in comparison to other nail salons, they appear to be understaffed. I would recommend the salon, but just allow plenty of time!

I usually really like this salon for a quick, cheap and cheerful wax. Even though this treatment was heavily discounted, I expected to have a Hollywood with hot wax, but it ended up as strip wax as the their therapist was not trained in hot wax. It was not ideal, but doable. However, I now have a lot of skin peeling away (that has never happened to me before after a wax) making me think that I was slightly burned in the process - it did feel very hot. It also was not very thorough.
