I received a call early in the morning to move my appointment due to double booking which wasn't ideal. One of the members of staff was quite impolite yet admittedly ultimately helpful as she then moved my appointment to a more convenient time for me.
The member of staff who performed the waxing treatment was very friendly and pleasant yet she did not do a perfect job - she should have used tweezers at the end - and once I got home I realised there was a little spot she probably didn't wax at all.
