This is my first time having a facial, so I did not have expectations towards my experience, but it turned out great! I have dry skin with few blemishes, but I wanted to have a deep cleanse to remove the whiteheads that appeared recently on my forehead and nose. I was given different treatments/ masks - one of them was a bit tingling and uncomfortable, however it was bearable. The staff was very gentle when cleansing and massaging. Overall, a very pleasant visit, would definitely recommend.
