Extremely disappointed. Firstly, the lady was 15 minutes late for our massage appointment. Secondly, the towel on the massage bed was very dirty, and the lady didn’t place a clean towel around the area where you place your head once you lie down on the massage bed. I don’t think this is comfortable or hygienic at all. I had to ask for a towel myself. Thirdly, the massage itself was equivalent to stroking rather than properly massaging your body. In fact, I have doubts whether the lady who was doing massage to me is certified to give massage in general - the technique, from my point of view, was very poor, and I noticed that she was also a nail lady in the same salon. She used a lot of oil, and spread it on my face and hair, which wasn’t very nice. Finally, she didn’t do the full 30-min session and finished earlier. The staff were lovely, welcoming and chatty, which created the first good impression on me. However, the quality of the service is disappointing. I would not recommend a massage at Jade Angel. The nail treatments looked nice; though cannot speak to the quality of those.
