Disappointing, I always book a particular stylist, I sat for 15mins & no sign of them & no one spoke to me, after 20mins I said I needed to know what’s happening as I had other appointments. Another stylist started doing my hair which I didn’t want as she is not my usual stylist, unfortunately she didn’t listen to my instruction about wanting it a dark brown, it ended up being a much lighter colour, my original stylist walked in and didn’t apologise and started on another clients hair.
